SpiderCard's personal plan is completely free with no hidden fees. Core card features can be used permanently at no cost. **Q: Can I use the app without purchasing any points?** Yes. Points are only for optional premium add-ons (premium templates, service link fields, multi-language fields). Creating cards, sharing, and QR Code features are permanently free. **Q: Does SpiderCard support phone numbers outside Taiwan?** Yes. International phone numbers are supported — users worldwide can register and use the app for free. **Q: What can the NFC Identity Card do besides login?** The NFC Identity Card can be tapped to log in and also to share your business card directly. Recipients can then use: online chat (simple chat room), save contact (VCF download), and online booking (submit contact info, appointment date, and service preference). **Q: How do I purchase points? Do they expire?** Points can only be purchased inside the App — no external purchase channels are available. Points have no expiry date once purchased. **Q: How many cards can one account have?** One phone can have up to 5 cards logged in simultaneously and switch between them freely — useful for separating work and personal identities. Each card requires an independent login via phone number or NFC Identity Card. **Q: Is there a web admin panel for personal users?** No. All personal plan operations are done through the App, including creating, editing, and switching cards. Note that the verification email will be sent by mail — if you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder. **Q: Do I need to purchase a plan before the trial?** No. Every eligible user receives one free 14-day trial with no payment required. **Q: When does the trial start?** Immediately upon completing registration and email verification. A confirmation email is sent at the same time. **Q: What features are available during the trial?** All features are available except business verification badge service, and the number of business cards is limited. The trial is designed to let you experience the full product before committing. **Q: How will I know when my trial is ending?** The system sends a reminder email on day 10 and another email when the trial expires. **Q: Are there any hidden fees?** No. Pricing is exactly as listed. However, your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion fees or taxes depending on your region — this is outside of SpiderCard's control. **Q: Can I cancel at any time?** Yes. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing & Plan, and click "Cancel Service." Your membership will end at the conclusion of the current billing cycle. **Q: How long is a billing cycle?** 30 days from the date of purchase. Renewal is charged on day 29 of each cycle (if you have auto-renewal enabled). **Q: How is upgrading calculated?** The new plan fee is charged immediately. Unused days from the old plan are added as a compensatory extension. Example: if you upgrade after 15 days, your new plan cycle = (30 − 15 + 30) = 45 days. **Q: How is downgrading calculated?** Downgrade does not take effect immediately.
