This Privacy Policy sets forth the privacy practices of SPIDERCARD ("SPIDERCARD", "we", "us", or "the Company"),
including the application (the "App") and website (the "Website"), collectively
referred to as the "Service". The Service is operated by SpiderWeb Group Limited.
By using our Service, you agree that we may collect, use, and share your information in accordance with this Privacy
Policy. If you do not agree, you may decline and not use the Service.
The Company reserves the right to modify or delete any part of this Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions
will be posted within the App or on our official website and shall take effect
upon posting. This Privacy Policy supplements any other terms and conditions applicable to the Website, App, or
Service.
2. User Information Collection
When using the Service, you are required to register an account. The Company will collect personal and business
information you provide, as well as information about your use of the App. This
may include but is not limited to:

Phone number and basic personal information provided during account registration, used to set up your
SPIDERCARD electronic business card.

You acknowledge and agree that any information provided during registration represents your personal
business identity, and you are responsible for all such content, including personal
photos, name, service descriptions, etc.

Contact information from your device's contact list (or phonebook). The App will only access such data upon
obtaining your explicit device permission and when you actively choose to
import it or send invitations. The Company will never use your contact list for external marketing without
authorization.

Your business card information and data within SPIDERCARD, which will be collected and protected by the
Company.

Certain operational data within the App will be collected to improve our Service (IP address, browser type,
pages viewed, version and language, operating system, etc.).
3. OCR Scanning and AI Data Processing

The App may use generative AI models to assist with business card text recognition, correction, or
information extraction. When using this feature, the business card images and content
you capture or upload will be transmitted to the AI model for processing. To continuously improve service
quality and recognition accuracy, the business card images and text information
you transmit may be used by the Company or the integrated AI models for machine learning and model
optimization training. The Company will implement reasonable technologies and measures
to de-identify or anonymize the data as much as possible prior to training to protect your privacy. If your
business card data contains sensitive or confidential information, please
assess whether it is appropriate to process such data through this feature before use. AI recognition
results may contain errors or inaccuracies and are provided for reference only.
You should verify and correct recognition results yourself. We are not responsible for any consequences
arising from recognition errors.

The scope of data transmitted to the AI model for processing includes: the business card image file and the
text content contained therein (such as name, job title, company name,
phone number, email address, physical address, etc.).

If your business card data contains sensitive or confidential information, please assess whether it is
appropriate to process such data through this feature before use.
4. Data Storage

Personal Users: To provide the convenience of cross-device access and prevent data loss due to device
misplacement, the business card data you scan or create via the App will be
securely synced and stored on our cloud servers. We commit that this cloud storage mechanism is purely to
enhance your user experience, and you retain full ownership of your data.
You may export the data to your personal device or exercise your right to erase to completely remove cloud
records at any time via the App.

Enterprise/Commercial Users: Business card data scanned through the App will be stored in the enterprise
management platform cloud, managed centrally by enterprise administrators.
Access rights and management rules for enterprise cloud data are governed by the commercial agreement
between the enterprise and the Company.

For both personal and enterprise users, the Company does not guarantee that data will not be lost or
corrupted. The Service provides single or batch export of VCF contacts or Excel
files. Users are strongly advised to regularly back up their data to prevent data loss or accidental
deletion that cannot be recovered.
5. SCOINS Data Processing

When you purchase or use SCOINS, the Company will collect and process the following related data:
- Transaction Records: including purchase time, purchase amount, SCOINS quantity, payment method,
etc.
- Usage Records: including SCOINS consumption purposes, redeemed items, usage time, etc.
- Account Balance: your current SCOINS balance and historical transaction records.
- Device Information: to confirm you are a valid recipient and ensure accurate SCOINS distribution,
the Company may need to obtain your device and account information.

The above data is used solely for providing the SCOINS service, processing transactions, preventing fraud
and violations, resolving account disputes, and improving the quality of
the Service.

Records of SCOINS acquisition, consumption, and expiration will be clearly recorded within the App for user
reference.
6. Purpose of Data Use and Sharing
You agree that information you designate as "public" within the Service may be searched and viewed by other users.
By creating or updating your account content, you acknowledge that we may
process your data for purposes including but not limited to:

Helping you effectively receive information and data after logging in.

Providing personalized content and information.

Developing and testing new products and features.

Providing customer feedback to diagnose or fix technical issues related to the Service.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

During Account Activity: As long as your account remains active, the Company will continue to retain your
account data, SCOINS transaction records, and related service data.

After Account Deletion: When you delete your account or your account is deleted due to violations, the
Company will delete or anonymize your personal data from its systems within
thirty (30) days after the account deletion process is completed. Exceptions apply to data that must be
retained due to legal obligations, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention
needs.

Transaction Record Retention: To comply with tax and financial regulations, SCOINS purchase transaction
records may be retained for up to five (5) years after account deletion.
During the retention period, such data will be used solely for legal compliance purposes.

Anonymized Data: Data that has been fully anonymized and can no longer identify an individual may continue
to be used by the Company without the above time limitations, for the
purposes of statistical analysis and service improvement.
8. Website Cookies
By using the Service, you agree to our use of cookies or similar technologies. Cookies are small text files sent by
a website to your computer to identify your browser or store information
or settings in your browser. For security reasons, the information we store will not include user IDs or private
information.
We may use Google Analytics to collect visitor statistics on our website. You can opt out of cookie storage by
disabling cookie acceptance in your web browser settings, and you can also
delete cookies. However, please note that without cookies, you may not be able to use all features of the Service.
9. Security
We strive to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of personal information submitted to us, and we review and
update our cybersecurity measures in accordance with current technology.
However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We will make every reasonable
effort to protect personal information transmitted to us or from our Service.
Except in cases where the Company intentionally breaches its statutory obligations to maintain the security of
personal data, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from force majeure, inherent risks of
network transmission, unauthorized or illegal actions by third parties, or your decision to disclose your personal

Furthermore, our employees and contractors who provide services related to our information systems are obligated to
respect the confidentiality and security of any personal information we hold.
10. Third-Party Services

This App may integrate or use third-party services (including but not limited to OCR engines, AI models,
analytics tools, and payment processing services). When your data is transmitted to third-party services for
processing, the privacy policies of such third-party service providers shall also apply.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to select third-party service providers with appropriate data
protection measures; however, the Company shall not be responsible for the privacy practices of such
third-party service providers. By agreeing to and using this Service, you acknowledge that you understand
and accept the aforementioned risks.
11. Change of Ownership
In the event that SPIDERCARD is sold, partially or fully transferred to another entity (such as through merger,
acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, or liquidation), information collected
through the Service may be among the items sold or transferred. Information you have provided through the Service
will continue to belong to you, and the buyer or transferee must continue
to honor the commitments made in this Privacy Policy.
12. User Rights

You have the right to access your personal data and SCOINS records at any time through the App.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data through the account deletion feature. The
deletion process is governed by Section 11 of the Terms of Service.

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13. If we discover that we have collected personal
information from a child under 13, we will delete such information from our systems as soon as possible.
